I've been to this place since it was still S.E.A. Aquarium, back when it was a school excursion and I mostly cared about the gift shop. Came back now that it's Singapore Oceanarium.
A ceiling full of lanterns
Walked in, looked up, and forgot what I came for. Dozens of ribbed-glass lanterns hanging at different heights from a dark bronze frame, all glowing that same soft amber against a teal ceiling.
Watching Jeju fade into the horizon from the open sea. There’s something undeniably therapeutic about watching deep ocean blue meet golden hour clouds at eye level. Smooth transit, uninterrupted views, and a completely clear mind.
Golden hour hit differently this evening at Kai Tak. The futuristic geometric dome mirrored an intense burning sky, turning the cityscape into a breathtaking spectacle of fire and contrast.
