I should've looked for this yesterday when I posted the vid. So funny! #contrapposto #WalkLikeAnEgytian

An illustration in black and white of several figures in a line, with several conversations depicted. They are ancient Egyptians in formal poses except for one, Heptup, who is in a relaxed pose relating how contrapposto is a more dynamic pose than the formal Egyptian poses.

The technical term for this is "contrapposto." SFW version. See my page for the complete pose. #contrapposto #happytrail #malefigure #malepose #malemodel #malephysique #malenude #nude #malebody #malephotography #maleportrait #malebeauty #handsome #malephoto #comicart #illustration #draw #sketch

#Contrapposto by Dave Eggers: an artistically gifted individual, averse to the cynicism of the corporate art world, engages for a lifetime with the question of what to do with his talent. Beautifully crafted, deeply thoughtful. A fantastic read. The contemporary novel is alive and kicking.
