๐Ÿ“„ For those interested in #IDPs, #modeling and #simulation of ensembles, biomolecular #condensates, their disease relevance, and designed synthetic #LLPS applications: Our new review is now available in Curr Opin Struct Biol ๐ŸŽ‰

Experiments (NMR, SAXS, FRET, EPR spectroscopy) and simulation, as well as generative AI enables integrative modeling of IDP conformational ensembles. However these ensembles need to be evaluated, filtered and compared against each other other. Besides monomeric state simulation, multi-copy simulation can also reproduce condensation-type droplet formation (usually coarse-grained MD or Monte Carlo simulation) and this enables to map out an LLPS phase diagram.
