Let’s go! 🚣
Today’s rowing objective was a controlled zone 2 10.000 meter session.
I think I nailed it! 🙌
• Avg spm: 21 (I aimed for 22)
• Avg Watt: 151
• Drag factor: 126
• Time in HRZ 2: 41:08
• Total time: 44:09
Done! 100.000 meters for the 5th month in a row! 🥳
I recall starting at 160 watt with a drag factor of 124 🥵
Now I am easily pulling over 250 and am able to sustain it for a while. (must be because of yesterday’s chocolate mousse 😅)
Either way, it is nice to see the progress!!
Sunday evening rowing session results:
• Duration: 30min
• Distance: 7366m
• Avg Watt: 192
• Avg HR: 139bpm
7.880 more meters until I reach this month’s 100.000m 💪
Total time on the rower this month: 6h30 ⏱️
#Workout done. Quick #breakfast and off to work we goooooo 💼🦁
Starting next month, I will shift my rowing focus from duration to distance 🚣
🔹3x per week 10.000m
🔹1x per week 2.500m sprint
Maybe I should apply for a role in #CrewGirl 🤣
Today’s 40min rowing session pushed this month’s total distance to 65.369 meters 🚣
Will I reach 100.000 meters for the 5th month in a row with just 10 more days to go? 😅
Biking stats for this month 🚴
• distance: 172 km
• total time on the bike: 06:15h
Just sharing my #IndoorRowing results of this morning. Finished at 08:50 🥱💪
Observation: it is quite interesting how, between the garden view, the chirping birds and the rising sun, a workout can be peaceful yet exhausting at the same time ✨
