This is constant argument I have with a significantly older (65+) #physician recently elected to #FacultySenate. He thinks it's some great conspiracy tenure is not being offered to #doctors any more, because he started in time #clinicaltrack didn't exist

I feel strongly #tenure is dead in #medicine
