Photo of a 16 year old arthritic brown tabby tomcat laying on white sheets. His eyes are half-closed and his tongue sticks out a little because he is still half-asleep. He is opening his eyes because he's about to get his joint pain medicine-treat (which is behind the camera).Photo of a 17yo mostly blind orange tabby tomcat with magnificent whiskers poking his skrunkly head out of a dark wooden cubby. He has freckles on his pink nose. Despite high-level lightning, his pupils nearly eclipse his irises because of his blindness.

A very skinny Russian blue old lady cat peers curiously into the camera. Her head is cocked due to chronic mild vertigo. One paw is slightly lifted. She stands on an old mattress protector on a single-size bed.

Three cats hang out together on a single-size bed with worn sheets in front of a window. The cats are a tired 17 year old disabled orange tabby, a 16 year old disabled brown tabby reaching one sleepy paw to the orange cat, and a 12 year old Russian blue lying sphinx-style between the other two cats.

A half-blind 18 year old orange tabby drapes himself across the back of a 17 year old silver tabby so it looks as if he's hugging her. The photo is dimly lit by afternoon sunlight coming in through closed blinds.
