After reading , How to talk to Al' by Jamie Bartlett and getting a better understanding of how LLMs work, I feel we need to take the warnings from Al insiders about the capabilities of Al agents escaping human control very seriously. I don't really understand why so many people here completely dismiss this as tech bros' overhyping their products? I don't like the , tech bros' or generally billionaires pushing climate change and fascism any more than those people, but can't two things be true at the same time?
