Inside a vast, smoke-filled ancient workshop, a colossal humanoid figure towers over a lone blacksmith. The giant appears formed from clay, tarnished metal, and countless overlapping fragments impressed with cuneiform-like markings. Its enormous body nearly fills the vertical scene, with one massive hand resting on the floor beside the smith. A large circular mechanism resembling a dark glass eye is embedded high in its chest or head, surrounded by smaller concentric metal fittings. Another elaborate circular disk, covered in rings of ancient symbols and mechanical details, dominates its abdomen. Below, a slender blacksmith in a long pale robe works at a rough stone forge, raising a hammer above glowing metal while sparks scatter into the smoky air. Warm firelight reflects across the golem's textured surface, turning portions of its clay and metal body gold and bronze. Heavy cables descend through the darkness at upper left, while furnaces, tools, vessels, tablets, and rough masonry crowd the right side. Monumental stepped structures fade into shadow in the distant background, giving the forge the scale and atmosphere of an ancient Mesopotamian industrial temple.
