I’m feeling under the weather but I’ve made some nice chicken soup! Leeks, gold potatoes, lemon, and chicken. Homemade broth — when you buy a supermarket rotisserie precooked chicken, toss the leftover bits into a gallon ziplock in your freezer until soup day for a hearty stock #ChefRat
