🎼 International Music Day

👉 At #PacificPeopleForest, we believe that to understand the history of #Rota and the #MarianaIslands, we must also listen to the voices of their communities.

🎶 #JohnnySablan holds a special place in this legacy; he is one of the pioneers of contemporary #Chamorro music.

📍At the southern tip of #Rota lies #Taipingot, a limestone formation rising approximately 143 metres above sea level.

ℹ️For #PacificPeopleForest, Taipingot is a particularly significant site, very well preserved, that shows a different aspect of the #Chamorro life.
