Lucy's Star Dress: Sagittarius Form for Year of the Horse! Ran out of time with the shading on this one; ideally it'd be sparklier. But I like how the colors turned out!

A digitally drawn, cel-shaded illustration of a chibi on a gradient background.

The chibi is Lucy Heartfilia from the anime/manga 'Fairy Tail' in the Sagittarius Form of her Star Dress.

Lucy is in 3/4 view facing left. She is drawn mid-leap, right leg straight and left leg bent, as she uses her bow to aim an arrow to the right of the viewer. She's laughing or grinning, eyes twinkling. Her side-locks are swept out and her high ponytail is trailing behind her.

Lucy is a blonde, brown-eyed, pale-skinned teenage girl. On the back of her right hand (viewer's left) she has the Fairy Tail Guild symbol tattooed in pink. On her left shoulder (viewer's right) is the symbol for Sagittarius in dark brown. She is wearing her hair up in a high ponytail with a large orange bow.

She is wearing a pale green leotard with gold trim and a white bottom. It has a high collar with a jagged edge and an orange ribbon bow around her neck. It has detached sleeves with star-shaped edges at bicep and wrist, and decorative gold swirls at the elbow. A thin gold belt with a V-shape at the front separates the green upper leotard from the white bottom. A partial skirt is formed by 2 green, leaf-shaped panels extending out over her hips and 2 at the back like coattails. She is wearing dark brown leggings and thigh-high green boots with gold trim, swirls over the kneecap, and a narrow, yellow diamond inset along the shin just below the knee.

Her bow is gold with an orange grip and etched designs in dark brown. It has an elaborate shape, resembling a strange musical instrument more than a functional bow. Her arrow is fletched with a yellow and orange star shape rather than feathers. The arrowhead is pale yellow and glowing, serving as the light source for the illustration. The background gradient is centered on the arrowhead, a white glow fading into yellow before fading into a deep blue at the edges of the image.
