#CDFriday 😎

For #CDFriday: I pulled this one from a box in a closet this afternoon. Ambient cool that mixes live playing with electronics, sometimes more in a top-down way, sometimes more bottom-up. A contrast to the roiling Gulf Coast storm outside.

Woke up the news, Ian Hill is bowing out from JP:

"It is with heavy hearts,” sounds a tad ominous for someone dealing with/“evil arthritis?”

October 2025 I took this pic in Houston, the last Priest show in America 🇺🇸

At tire shop streaming Priest Live on #CDFriday so I can #HeadOutTheHighway🤘

#CDFriday featuring 10,000 Maniacs and their fourth album, Blind Man’s Zoo, and the third single to come from it, You Happy Puppet. Love Robert Buck’s guitar work on this one a ton. Really great jangle pop bits in here too despite “technically” being alternative rock.

Recollection/Portraits GRM should release on CD. Can keep the nice layouts and booklets easily.

Happy #CDFriday to those who celebrate. My stack o’ the week:
