👀 Weekly Sightings Update 🌊

🧑‍🤝‍🧑This week our #MarineConservation volunteers carried out 37 #DolphinWatch surveys.📝Highlights included dolphins leaping near the harbour, an Atlantic grey seal foraging and an Eurasian otter! 🐬 😍 This was our last week of conducting surveys at 7am. 🌅

🐦 Redshanks can be identified by their distinctive long, bright red-orange legs. 🧐 "Shank" is an old word for legs.📜 So they're named for their appearance!🪞
