Looking down - #steps leading down to the #harbour in #Portrush, with the #sea visible beyond the harbour.

Some steps with a chrome handrail in the centre and stone walls on either side. There are pink flowers along the top of one wall.
Going down the steps, you cross a road at the bottom and then the path leads to the harbour wall. A small blue roofed building built on the harbour wall is currently used as a café.

For anyone around the north of Ireland....

I'm running a 'painting with inks' workshop The Courthouse, Bushmills on Saturday 26th - a lovely session of focus, creativity, and community.

(I'll put the booking link in the comments)

#TidesOutTuesday
Portstewart Strand a National Trust property. Cars have access to the beach, charged £8.50/car.
The Strand is 2 miles long, ending at the Barmouth where the river Bann enters the sea. Beyond the river the beach continues as Castlerock Beach.

A vast expanse of sand on a beach. The tide has gone out, leaving ripples in the sand.
There are some cars parked and a few people walking. Sandhills line the beach and, in the distance, a dark headland juts out into the sea.
The sky is full of dark clouds threatening rain.

Just a view of a residential part of #Portstewart for #StunDay.
Looking across a small beach on the path from the town to the strand yesterday.

Grass in the foreground, with rocks and then a small beach. In the middle distance, more rocks with waves breaking against them. Beyond that, a variety of houses rising up on a hill. Above, blue sky with grey clouds.

Sunset yesterday evening from along the coast near #Bushmills.

Dark countryside in the foreground, with the sea visible beyond.
Above, the setting sun can be seen between dark clouds.

Looking from the road to Murlough Bay across the North Antrim #countryside.
With #sunshine in the distance and low cloud clinging to the tops of the #hills.
#Stunday #clouds #fields #NorthernIreland #Ireland #CausewayCoast

In the foreground, a narrow road runs Downhill, bordered by a low stone wall and a fence of posts and wire.
The sun is shining on fields in the valley and, in the distance, low cloud hangs over the hills.
