Idiot in Coton Morris kit - white trousers, white shirt, black waistcoat, bell pads below the knees. He is mid-flight whilst turning. Luckily, both his feet are off the ground so he is not about to tear knee ligaments again. He is a fair height off the ground too, for his age and level of sobriety. The dance is Castlering (Lichfield) and the move is called a galley-over, which is described as trying to jump over your own foot.
