Can plain ole veggies be prepared so that they taste absolutely juicy?
I'm trying.
What do you think is under the foil? π
A Caribbean delicacy, Black Pudding.
It's cooked animal tripe, stuffed with boiled rice, hot pepper (optional), local green seasonings and....blood.
I know..I know...sounds scary! π
I do not eat black pudding anymore, but my GenZ loves it.
Would you have tried it? π

Buying avocado at our local market is a hit or miss.
You never know what you're gonna get when it ripens.
Sometimes you get a delicious one, and other times you eat it for the nutrients and fibre.
In the Caribbean, avocado is called 'pear'. We eat plenty bread and pear.
