秋になったので、赤ワインに合うお料理を作り始めました：

・鴨むね肉のオレンジ風味 タイムの香り
・パプリカと玉ねぎのスパゲッティ
・カプレーゼ

鴨料理のソースはシェリー酢と蜂蜜にオレンジの搾り汁をたっぷり加えて煮詰めました
