I surprised this sheep who was resting right behind the wall. On my way back she was still there. I stopped and offered to let her listen to O Mio Babbino Caro #Puccini #Callas and she seemed interested by then I had a technical difficulty and she wandered off. I hope she wasn’t bereft.

A sheep I met. Lurking close to the dry stone wall adjacent to the lane. A small tree in the foreground and a field with other sheep some lying and some standing grazing. A row of trees next to the skyline. Sky is blue but clouds re visible. The sheep is closer to the wall as we exchanged greetings and she seemed interested in coming closer. The wall is ramshackle and there are nettles in front of it. Grass can be seen behind and a couple of sheep dotted about.
