#bugtober Day 10 - Species Swap
Decided to make Team Snakemouth marine life, so now we have Crab Fables (ignore the fact none of them are crabs)
Vi the Pistol Shrimp
Kabbu(to) the Horseshoe Crab
Leif the Immortal Jellyfish

#Bugtober 2026: Days 5 and 6 - Experiment/Bug Ranger Plushie

In this set, Apollyon and Clover are discussing an experiment to run on a flower, and Team Snakemouth are taking a well earned rest!

#bugfables #bugfablesfanart #bugfablesoc #art

A digital artwork of Apollyon, an anthro death’s-head hawkmoth, and Clover, an anthro blue-banded bee in a grassy field. Both are sitting down, with Apollyon sitting on a large stone and Clover sitting cross legged on the grass below her. Both look cheerful as they speak to each other.
Clover is holding one of her paws up to show a flower to Apollyon, and a book resting on the ground in front of her shows a diagram and written information about the same flower.

A digital artwork of Team Snakemouth from Bug Fables sleeping in a bed at night. Leif and Kabbu are both sleeping under dark red covers with pillows, while Vi is curled up on top of the blanket using Leif and her arms to rest her head.
Leif is lying on his back with one of his arms resting on his chest. Kabbu is lying on his stomach while hugging a plush of Bug Ranger Green (a beetle character that closely resembles Kabbu) close to him.
A window on the wall behind Team Snakemouth lets in a small amount of light. The sky is dark and is littered with a decent amount of stars.

#Bugtober Day 9: Chill

Drew some enemy concepts if there was a tundra/cold climate area in Bug Fables. From bottom to top they are based off of Wooly Bear Caterpillars, the Antarctic Midge, and the Wolf Spider.

#bugfables #bugfablesfanart #bugtober2026

At the top of the page is a large spider, with markings on it's back and a icy blue mane of "fur" between it's head and body, making it more wolf-like.

Then closer to the bottom is a large midge, colored teal with icy blue eyes and a darker blue underbelly and thorax(?)

at the bottom is a smaller, furry, caterpillar like creature, the fur on it's face is icy blue and the rest of it's fur is a darker, but still cold, blue.

#Bugtober 2026: Days 3 and 4 - Honey/Ladybug

Staggering posts until I catch up. A comic and some art of Doppel are in this batch!

#bugfables #bugfablesfanart #bugfablesoc #art

A three panel comic featuring Pan, an anthro goldsmith beetle, and Apollyon, an anthro death’s-head hawkmoth.
In the first two panels, Pan is looking into the interior of a cabinet, the contents of which are silhouettes of containers in different colours. In panel one, Pan hums to himself with a focused expression.
In panel two, Pan turns away from the cabinet. As he does so, he calls out, “Polly? Have you seen the hon-“

The third panel has Pan fully turned away from the cabinet, cutting themself off as they look at Apollyon. Apollyon is blushing and has an embarrassed expression as it holds out a partially eaten drop of honey that’s starting to drip from its paw. Pan hesitates before responding, “Nevermind.” Pan looks slightly baffled but doesn’t seem bothered.

A digital artwork of Doppel, a ladybug disguised as a beetle, from Bug Fables. Doppel is at the counter of his bar, a garland of leaves behind him. One of his paws is on the countertop and the other is using a drink shaker to pour a blue liquid into a green cup with a straw in it. The background vaguely matches the cave-like look of the Underground Tavern location in-game.

#Bugtober 2026: Days 1 and 2 - Autumn/Storm

Two cozy pieces to start out this year’s Bugtober!

#bugfables #bugfablesfanart #bugfablesoc #art

A digital artwork of Apollyon, an anthro death’s-head hawkmoth, looking tranquil as they hold onto a cup of coffee with both hands. The artwork is warmly lit, and the background is an abstract autumn scene that has a white vignette at the top corners of the image.

A digital artwork of Kabbu, an anthro green scarab beetle from Bug Fables, holding an umbrella as it rains. The foreground is framed with blades of grass and two flowers growing on the ground. Kabbu is in the midground, protected from the rain by the leaf he’s using as an umbrella. He has a happy expression as he looks up to look at the rain.
The background is slightly hazy and is made up of much taller blades of grass curling up into a stormy grey sky.

Quick doodle of an idea that popped into my head. Metal Lake is the only area in Bug Fables without a Seedling, so i drew one. The Floatling, based off of Liferings, Marimo, and Bladder Kelp, they float on the water thanks to ring of algae around it's neck
