Brambles Panel 1 Team Snakemouth is at the Lost Sands, over a cliff with cacti. Vi: Did you know I know a shortcut to get across the desert? Kabbu: Do tell! Panel 2 Vi falls onto the cacti, with a DOINK! sound effect. Kabbu looks shocked. Leif looks unconcerned. Kabbu: VI!!!Panel 3 Vi appears at the other end of the cliff, with a Ta-da! #Bugtober Day 9: Chill

Drew some enemy concepts if there was a tundra/cold climate area in Bug Fables. From bottom to top they are based off of Wooly Bear Caterpillars, the Antarctic Midge, and the Wolf Spider.

At the top of the page is a large spider, with markings on it's back and a icy blue mane of "fur" between it's head and body, making it more wolf-like. Then closer to the bottom is a large midge, colored teal with icy blue eyes and a darker blue underbelly and thorax(?) at the bottom is a smaller, furry, caterpillar like creature, the fur on it's face is icy blue and the rest of it's fur is a darker, but still cold, blue.

A three panel comic featuring Pan, an anthro goldsmith beetle, and Apollyon, an anthro death’s-head hawkmoth. In the first two panels, Pan is looking into the interior of a cabinet, the contents of which are silhouettes of containers in different colours. In panel one, Pan hums to himself with a focused expression. In panel two, Pan turns away from the cabinet. As he does so, he calls out, “Polly? Have you seen the hon-“ The third panel has Pan fully turned away from the cabinet, cutting themself off as they look at Apollyon. Apollyon is blushing and has an embarrassed expression as it holds out a partially eaten drop of honey that’s starting to drip from its paw. The Caustic Wyrm, a beast appearing to be related to the Tidal Wyrm, can launch explosive bombs of bright bioluminescent energy which it stores in the orbs around it's body.

Based off of Bomber Worms, with slight inspiration from Velvet Worms

A very fun, very endearing indie rpg clearly being inspired by Paper Mario
Very lovely style & enjoyable characters with a fun battle system, but otherwise cluncky controls for overworld & puzzles
Rly liked it, rly happy that I played it.

A large mechanical construct, with a yellow, almost Golden, metallic body. There is a large crystal on it's back Bestiary Entry: "An ancient construct made to defend the ruins of Blatarria, an ancient kingdom with the Forgotten Dunes. Powered by the magic crystals on it's back" I made it an ancient golem since if there's technology in the RPGs I was referencing, it's almost always ancient in origin. I also did it since I had a good replacement for the Watcher in mind, as shown with the teaser I posted, but the desert was a more generic rpg setting than the Honey Factory, so I moved this boss to the Lost Sands equivalent. Also Blatarria is the Roach equivalent of this AU, with the name being an insect order of Roaches.

Description: "A rare carnivorous plant found within the Autumn Highlands, whenever it's fed, the surrounding flora and harvests grows vastly, causing it to have been worshipped for centuries. Though recently, it's Acolyte has started feeding it humans, which it has developed a taste for." So the reason behind this change is that apparently the way Venus was written to make it seem like she was a Flytrap that devoured adventurers, basically being a misdirect to make her seem more malicious, so I just made her variant be that misdirect, since I feel like "evil religion" is a very common trope in RPGs. Description of drawings: A large plant like creature with two large thorned tendrils, a flowering collar around it's gaping maw, all of these originating from a Pitcher Plant like body.
