Last night's dinner: green risotto -> onion, garlic, 5 "cubes" frozen spinach (defrosted & blended) & lots of green peas (frozen too)👌🏻 Made with veg stock, seasoned with dry mixed herbs & lots of nooch!
Not a complicated dish & quick too! Had all the ingredients at hand
