I want to give people options. If we want to reduce traffic and congestion we need to make alternatives viable. We have to solve the destination piece if we want to help people choose cycling as a method to commute, buy groceries, visit the bank, or access transit.

Last winter I witnessed that along major routes, such as Queen Street, the sidewalks were completely buried under snow several days after major snowstorms.

This is unacceptable.

Thoroughfares should be clear so people who must walk can access transit and their destinations.
