I didn't see the perk, didn't think it could combine with my action skill just by being inside it, and didn't think about the capabilities of combining these factors with a weapon with a Jakobs Crit-Ricochet accessory.
I'm happy now.
I'm criting for days.

@glyntthecat.bsky.socialNote to self: When leveling up Harlowe, use the Flux Generator, use the Nuclear Winter Augment, invest in the perk Excited State, then activate the Group Study Capstone.
That way, any damage you do will count as a crit when inside the Flux Generator, which will now follow you around.
