I need a place to post my #storygraph stats (so I have an excuse to look at them👀).
Personal stat: except for the manga/picture book, these are all #bookbingo books: 33% vs 67%.
The amount of non-fiction in August is truly doing the work to balance out the rest of the year (including September😅).

All the books I finished in August: Discourse on Colonialism by Aimè Cèsaire, This Place Will Kill You by Mariko Tamaka & Nicole Goux, They Called Us Enemy by George Takei, Cod by Mark Kurlansky, Chinese Cinderella by Adeline Yen Mah, Antiracist Baby by Ibram X. Kendi & Ashley Lukashevsky, Beyond the Clouds Vol 3 by Nicke, Canyon Dreams by Michael Powell, Golden Ax by Rio Cortez, Wanda Hears the Stars by Wanda Díaz-Merced & Amy S. Hansen, Colette Decides to Die Vol 1 by Alto Yukimura, and Dinosaur Sanctuary Vol 1 by Itaru Kinoshita.A calendar of August showing all the books I read, when, and what format. It includes all the books in the previous slide as well as a few books that were not finished: Map Art by Jill K. Berry & Linden McNeilly, Gulp by Mary Roach, Rainbow Bright Vol 1 by Jeremy Whitley & Brittney Williams, and Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen. There is a line indicating reading on every day.The first page of August 2026 Wrap-Up data. The top row lists books finished (12), number of pages read (1,432), and hours listened (35.98). Below that is a list of the first, middle, and least book finished in August, Discourse on Colonialism, Antiracist Baby, and Dino Sanctuary respectively. Right from this are listed the average book length (187 pages) and average time to finish (4 days). Below is a line chart of pages/minutes read across days off the month. The largest data points are pages read on the 8th and 29th, both between 250 and 500. The next largest are minutes listened on the 1st, 15th, and 30th. The first and last sitting just below the 250 mark while the middle sits in between 250 and 500. Most other days sit towards the bottom or midway between 0 and 250.The second page of August 2026 Wrap-Up data. The top shows three pie charts of fiction (33%) vs Nonfiction (67%), page count: less than 300 (88%) vs 300-499 (13%), and audiobook length which is a perfect circle of less than 8 hours. Below is a bar graph and a pie chart showing genre trends and reading format. The graph shows history as the biggest genre with 4 books, manga and race next at 3 books, and fantasy and graphic novels with 2 books each. The pie chart is divvied up into print (42%), audio (33%), and digital (25%).
