Do I know much about her work? No.

What do I know her? I know that several years ago she appeared on Question Time and absolutely destroyed the fat, sweating, buffoon in a bad suit that was Nick Griffin, leader of the BNP, who had been invited on the show as his rag taggle

So saddened to hear of the passing of Bonnie Greer OBE.

An intelligent, thoughtful and distinctive voice whose contribution to our cultural and public life will be greatly missed.

Rest in peace Ms Greer 🙏🏾

For much of the episode, she had her back towards him, and if I remember was seated next to him!
Pretty sure his appearance began the denouement of that vile party.

Sad to hear that Bonnie Greer has passed away. Back in my Twitter days I followed her. To my utter shock she followed me back. Not sure what she thought of punk rock tunes..but she did once twice liked my pithy tweets now and agian and replied back on one more occasion.

So sad to hear about the passing of Bonnie Greer.
I went to see her give a talk a few years ago and it confirmed what I had already guessed, that she was a brilliant woman, so warm, funny, self-deprecating and with a great understanding of humanity.
Another good one gone.
