Toby Wong’s contribution reads:

Reusable assets such as customer intelligence, playbooks and messaging frameworks continue guiding future decisions. Each reuse increases their strategic value, making this a stronger measure of AI’s true ROI. - Toby G. Wong, NACD.DC, Toby Wong Consulting”
