@nitrml.tyrol.social.ap.brid.gyDie Niederlande, Spanien, Slowenien, Österreich und andere Mitgliedsstaaten sowie das EU-Parlament fordern von Von der Leyen, das Blocking Statute zu aktivieren (zumindest falls die USA Sanktionen gegen die Institution #IStGH statt gegen einzelne Richter verhängt).
@nitrml.tyrol.social.ap.brid.gyDas #BlockingStatute von 1996 erlaubt europäischen Firmen, Sanktionen zu ignorieren. Aber die aktuellen US-Sanktionen gg den IStGH sind nicht davon umfasst.
Eine Aktualisierung des #BlockingStatute würde die Juristen schützen.
