Vote November 3
#California, #Prop40, #BillionairesTax
Hell yeah, I'm voting YES too!
As the first elected official in #california to endorse what ended up becoming the #billionairestax, it was an honor to join Bernie in rallying for #yeson40. Proud to join the @alamedacodem.bsky.social and @cademocrats.bsky.social to support ballots over billionaires! 💪
Tonight, Sen. Sanders & Rep. Khanna led a San Francisco rally for Prop 40, a one-time 5% tax on billionaires to fund health care, food assistance, and public education. Sanders positioned this as an all-eyes-on-California moment. I was credentialed; here are some of my images. #billionairestax
#California When you #Vote, FYI that Measure 40 is the #BillionairesTax and Measures 41 & 42 are countermeasures meant to negate 40.
Whichever way you vote, if you vote YES on 40, then you would vote NO on 41 & 42, and visa-versa.
And the GOP (who suck up to them)
And those dems who suck up to them
And the SCOTUS (who sucks up to them)
And the media (who sucks up to them)
And the mega corporations
Whew - we have our work cut out for us
