The owl is white plastic with a black face and a green ‘mask’ around his eyes and a small yellow beak. It says Hootbot on his tummy. There are two black claws on each leg.

Paper dress. Paper clothes were short-lived fashion novelty garments from the 1960s made from disposable cellulose fabric and later, wood pulp mixed with synthetic fibres. #Bexhill #PaperDress

The mini dress has an orange background  with yellow, pink and pale brown swirls on it. It is sleeveless. It is displayed on a headless mannequin with two strings of beads around the neck.

1878 dress worn by Winston Churchill when he was a boy. It was customary for a boy to wear a dress until he was 6 years old. It is on display in our costume gallery. #Bexhill #WinstonChurchill

The dress is a very pale purple with small white designs on it. It has short sleeves and a pleated part below the neck.
