Finally, it's time to face the Elite Four and Cynthia.

I made my way towards Sunnyshore Gym. Despite having Garchomp, the Volkner fight still required me to pull off some complicated maneuvers, because his team packs several Ice attacks.

Today I put an end to Team Galactic. They honestly did not put up a fight except for the final two battles. Mars and Jupiter can be tricky because your partner is very weak. Cyrus is actually a serious fight with his high-stat team.

I made it to the Snowpoint Gym, and Candice’s Pokemon were easy for Houndoom and Infernape to rip them apart, except for her Medicham. Thankfully, it was no match to Gyarados, and fell to a combination of Hail damage and Waterfall.

I started off this episode with the Canalave Gym challenge. Since I had both Gyarados and Infernape, this Gym was a cakewalk. Then we had a string of Team Galactic battles which weren't too challenging either.

The Hearthome Gym turned out to be a blood bath. One of the Gym Trainers trapped my Skorupi and put it in an unwinnable position. Fantina's Pokemon also took down Pichu and Staraptor with their high speed and power. If only Skorupi evolved earlier.

Not so much happening here as I simply took the roundabout route back to Hearthome City. On the other hand, I finally got my starter fully-evolved.

In this episode I made it down to Pastoria City and battled Wake. Thanks to Thunderbolt Gyarados and Grass Knot Roselia, I was able to beat him. It was still a close call with Ice Fang, though.

Hoje é Dia do Cachorro-Quente e o #bdsp me mostra um misto quente de sai lá onde. Cachorro-Quente de verdade tem endereço: CALÇADÃO DE OSASCO!

I made it to Hearthome City, but I couldn’t challenge the Gym yet, so now I’m making a trek towards Veilstone City. On the way I visited Solaceon Town and the Lost Tower. At this point my team is too powerful for the common Trainers to pose a threat.

This is quite an uneventful episode, as I travel down the Cycling Road and rescue Mira from Wayward Cave. At this point Gyarados emerges as the MVP of the team thanks to its early access to Waterfall.

This time I’m taking on the Eterna Gym and the local Team Galactic forces. Jupiter in particular is the most threatening foe so far, and a more dangerous threat than her GBA counterpart.
