A metal heron garden ornament has become a new perch for the sparrows. They stop there until a spot opens up at the feeder.
There are three sparrows - one on the shoulder, one on the beak and one on the head of the garden ornament.

Female house sparrow surprised to see the sun. After almost two weeks of cloudy, gray, rainy days - it was a nice to have the sun out. A pleasant surprise. 😃

The way the morning sun was filtered through the leaves of the tree almost makes it look like a spotlight is shining on the birds.
