I just finished my MAT 117 final with a 94%—only one question wrong. Across four math exams this term, I missed only two questions total. I put a lot of hours into this course, and I’m proud of how that work paid off. ☺️

MAT 117 §4.4 is complete😁. Today I worked through average-cost rational models, end behavior, and asymptotes, but the part I value most is interpreting what those models are actually saying. Finding the numbers is fun. However, knowing what they mean: priceless.
☺️Four hours of MAT 117 today, and §4.3 Rational Functions is complete. Getting deeper into domains, zeros, asymptotes, holes, and inequalities. We move quickly, but I can feel the algebra becoming more connected. My only concern is, is it internalized at that pace?🤔
Another 6h 30m of CSE 100 today. I finished the rest of Lab 5, Report 5, and Homework 4, and the entire CSE block due today is submitted. A lot of C++ in two days, but it feels good to close the week out strong.
12h 45m of coursework today: 3h 45m MAT 117 + 9h CSE 100. I finished with 100% on MAT 117 Exam 2, 100% on CSE Quizzes 6 & 7, and Lab 5 Q1–Q2 complete. It's 11 pm, I forgot to eat dinner, and I’m done for the night.
MAT 117 Exam 2: 100%.
That makes two MAT 117 exams and two 100% scores. Putting a lot of hours into preparing for this, and seeing that work pay off, feels good. What a motivator earning a high score can be! Now, it is time to keep building.
I’m in the middle of a two-exam stretch. CSE 100 Midterm 1 is submitted; now I’m pushing through MAT 117 §3.4–3.5 toward Exam 2, with another C++ cluster due Sunday. This is one of those weeks where organization matters as much as effort.
Last week was intense. I logged 64 hours and 35 minutes of study, completed MAT 117 through §3.3, and finished my CSE 100 cluster, preparing for Midterm 1. The workload is getting heavier, but I can see the progress that comes from putting in the time.
