Right from the very start, implied by their lore, name & being an AST for my MSQ play-through, Aysel's always been celestial-themed. They started out lavender but their design now very much reflects this lol.
Aysel's name is Turkish for "moon flood, flood of moonlight"

FFXIV is an ongoing storyline, therefore Aysel's lore is always changing & adapting to new scenarios & information.

The biggest recent change is making them a full-time DRK & how it influences their general "aesthetic" or character. Still working on it
