The mistake made by the proponents of the #AssistedDyingBill was that they presented an identical bill, dismissing the questions of the House of Lords as just filibustering.
If they had listened and answered they might have got a revised bill through.

(Working for a tiny independent hospice team which was community based only, no beds.)
I can say hand on heart we were definitely NOT dragging out lives for longer periods.
