The Colors That Haunt Us is almost here, and I’ve reached the strange part where there’s very little left to do except let people have it.
New on the blog: A Note Before Release
At FanX running D&D one-shots inspired by The Colors That Haunt Us!
No book spoilers, just Rosenfeld Manor, haunted art, and bad decisions.
I’ll release the one-shot for free after the book comes out! (I’ll just need to do some tweaks post con)
A little sneak peek from the photos I was taking for my next blog post because I just love how these turned out.
The book! In my house! A real physical object! And, naturally, the photo session required feline supervision.
Finishing a book is a strange mix of “I should do one more pass” and “IT’S DONE. PEOPLE READ IT NOW.”
With release getting closer, I wrote about how I decide when editing is actually finished.
I hope my books give readers room to feel something of their own—to be devastated, hopeful, uncomfortable, amused, or simply seen.
