The #QibyaMassacre was on #ThisDayInHistory in 1953. #IDF troops under #ArielSharon crossed into the #WestBank and shot up the village of #Qibya, killing 69 #Palestinians, two-thirds of whom were women & children. In the process they blew up the mosque, the school, and 45 houses.
