Got a half bushel of apples at the orchard. I do 3 rounds of canning, about 6 pared pounds each. Each round makes 7 pints plus a little. This is the result of round 1. I'll be paring apples tomorrow, too. So if anyone isn't busy, I have an extra peeler. 😋 😄
