I raved about it for half of august and it's finally here, my new #ZhuYabi fic "One Wish Girlfriend", a full on fluff transition fic inspired by obsession (but it's not horror)

Chapter 1 of the AO3 fic "One Wish Girlfriend" Summary: Zhu Yuan lives deep in the closet, hiding her trans identity from everyone except her long time girlfriend, Miyabi. To everyone outside, she is Zhu Hongdeng, proud and manly PubSec officer, but to Miyabi, she is her dear Zhu Yuan, who keeps suffering from the way society perceives her. When one day, Miyabi stumbles upon a little toy that pretends to be able to fulfil wishes, she doesn't hesitate for long: she would do anything for Zhu Yuan to stop suffering so much from the fear and body dysphoria. Or: Miyabi makes a wish and Zhu Yuan wakes up with the body she always dreamed of. Notes: Let's set this straight: I haven't watch obsession, this isn't a horror fic, this is extremely self-indulgent, I just wanted to write a slice of life lovey dovey fic centred around a sudden "magical" transition and how it would impact the characters, considering this type of gender swap is common in manga but generally not with characters who actually crave for such a thing. Little warning still, this story is mostly fluff, but the first chapter could be a bit triggering if you're sensitive about misgendering and strong body dysmorphia. In any case, please enjoy!
