Panel 3: Anubi doodle, now being in her current design looks and points at the green Anubi, saying "Hey fellas, those health problems faded away, so the original Anubi might return from time to time!"

Panel 4: The fellas do the exact same pose as before with the "Who is this?" meme, but instead of the text saying that, it now says "Why is she so GREEN?", with a radial blur applied around them. Doodle Anubi looks disappointed while

Panel 4: Anubi doesn't know what to do after this, except to turn into a spanish meme, with her having the hair and body of Goku from Dragon Ball Z/Super, and simply asking "¿Qué?" (or "What?" in English).
