A bit rushed but strong production value and ambitious political framing so far.

As a longtime fan, i don’t mind the minor creative liberties, as they flesh out parts of the events and story.

Murayama-san is probably smiling.

Another minor change 😅
Pohl and Gengen save Riou & Jowy in the anime, instead of Viktor & Flik.
In the game Pohl and Gengen were never there to begin with.

Jillia gets the info from Rowd and Rieze in the anime 🤔

I find it funny that Jowy finds Riou and Nanami in their cell and not the other way around like in the game 🤭

This scene hits so much harder in the anime.

Nanami with that pure, frantic, chaotic big-sister energy. Showing yet again why she’s best girl.

Her aura just translates to the anime so well.

So so well 🥰❤️

The cut rabbits are as threatening as ever but luckily, for the party, no Mist Monster 😂

In the north swallow pass, the guards don’t mention the Mist Monster and only talk about Annabelle’s order.

And Rina’s “persuasion” doesn’t work.

Luckily, in the anime, she has a plan B. 😂

Unlike the game, Millie isn’t standing in the crowd watching when Bolgan, Eilie, and Rina perform their circus act in Ryube Village.

The anime seems to add an extra fight with Flik and Viktor. Riou & Jowy’s escape was a little more straightforward in the game.
And who needs a rope when you can simply jump? 😅
