Took a summer break from OE (and really studying in general because life), but now it's fall and my school brain is back on. Jumping into the Chronicle, specifically Peterborough so I can attempt a seamless transition into Middle English once I'm done.
A soft goal for the year is to read 50 books, nine months in I'm at 30. With a shift in research field to #medievalstudies #anglosaxons #oldenglish and #oldnorse the books are getting thicker and denser. I may not get to 50, but that's okay.
