We're celebrating Bandcamp Friday with the news that Expanded & Repurposed has received a 5-star review in #ShindigMagazine. Many, many thanks to reviewer #MartinRuddock, #AndyMorten and the team.

Album number five from
eclectic electronicists
The Twelve Hour
Foundation, Expanded &
Repurposed overhauls
idents made for THF’s
last full-lengther The Hexagonal World Of The
Twelve Hour Foundation. Finding legs in these
lovely miniatures, Polly and Jez have rebuilt
four of them into full-length tracks, adding two
more retitled cuts from a limited 45 from 2022
to fi ll out this rather handsome 10-inch
six-tracker.
All six tunes are in the dog leg time
signature of 6/4, fi zz with Euro-Radiophonic
hooks and are delightfully packed with melody,
cascading rhythms and warm analogue sonics.
Personal favourites the driving ‘Balconville’,
‘Habitat 67’, which features Buried Treasure/
Revbjelde man Alan Gubby on vibraphone and
sounds like lobby music for a sexy brutalist
furniture emporium, and the almost ‘Take
Five’ groove of ‘Pollen’. As ever with THF, it’s a
limited release so you’d better get your skates
on if you want it on vinyl.
