This might be one of my most detailed and, depending what I make this year, currently the most graphic thing Iv ever drawn.
It’s inspired by these enemies from #aloneinthedark2024 called ghouls which are essentially rotting bodies filled with giant worms, I really wanted to try and emulate that here

I THINK Iv gone through my last few years of old horror art, in the hopes it builds motivation and suspense as I make new stuff, so I wanted to would out with some art inspired by one of my favourite horror games #aloneinthedark
Specifically after playing #aloneinthedark2024 which I really liked ^^
