This week’s pizza pepper pick is the Aji Fantasy. Crispy and fruity with a heat level around a jalapeño. Use it in stir fries, pickled, and of course as a pizza topping. We also use it in our Thai Salsa recipe! Available tomorrow, at Tuscaloosa River Market! #pizza #peppers #tuscaloosa #alabam
