I'm glad Jessica got to do her best "KNOTTY PINE" another time. This season is mostly miss tho. #AHS

But what did Elizabeth Short ever do to anyone??

I didn't like that scene because these people were already dead. How do you sacrifice a dead person? If Thatcher et al weren't already in hell, where were they? It seemed unnecessary and mean/pandering. #AHS #AHS13

Maybe I just really, really love Ryan Murphy? 🤔

Women in Hollywood haven't been gifted a man like Murphy since George Cukor.

Fan named "Murder House" was originally just American Horror Story but the writers painted themselves into a corner and there was no way they could continue as a series so they made it an anthology. And that was the best thing ever. #AHS

I wish someone had done that to Hollywood (2020).

I mean look at it. The poster plays with the idea that she is the Wicked Witch of The West. You know it's gonna be good.

#Ratched (2020) is peak Ryan Murphy and Sarah Paulson. It is great.

Until it's not.

Murphy can't stick the landing. It goes off the rails by the last 2 or 3 episodes. But like his other work it is fun while it lasts and packed with great performances worth seeing. #AHS

If you have never seen an #AHS #AmericanHorrorStory only watch the first three seasons.

Murder House, Asylum, and Coven are like the holy trinity. Every thing else is just you trying to chase that first high.

(We needed to stop and go to rehab way back at Cult. Apocalypse was our rock bottom)

This is true.

It is also true that Ryan Murphy is one of the best in television and him gathering together amazing actors and imitating himself is still the best in television (it's a low bar, yes but he is that good) #AHS13 #AHS

Oh none of it makes sense. Not even a little bit. I also have ZERO hope for it to make sense later. Apocalypse and Delicate taught me that.

It's all atmosphere and good performances at this point. Storyline left the building long ago. I will miss everyone but hope this is the last season of #AHS

I would have also liked to have seen the following in 13 but that would have been a lot of characters #AHS #AHS13:

Lily Rabe
Alexandra Breckenridge
Tassia Farmiga
Adina Porter
Connie Britton
Dennis O'Hare
Kate Mara

Is this a safe space? Can I be honest?

Angela Bassett has a dreadful habit of, to put it delicately, chewing the scenery.

I wish someone would pull her side and ask her to tone it down. It's damn near embarrassing. She's better than this. Her Marie Leveau is beyond caricature. #AHS #AHS13

I am glad they are (mostly) all back #AHS13;

Jamie Brewer
Mena Suvari
John Carroll Lynch
Orlando Jones
Emma Roberts
Gabourey Sidibe
Frances Conroy
Evan Peters
Jessica Lange
Billie Lourd
Angela Bassett
Kathy Bates

#AHS has produced some of the best characters for women I have ever seen.

I have dearly missed Jessica Lange #AHS. I'm glad I get to see her at least one more time.

I have loved her forever [King Kong (1976) to Tootsie (1982) to Frances (1982)] and she only gets better and better with age.

I'm glad #AHS is back. I'm even more delighted that Jessica Lange (!!!) and most of my favorites are back (No Lily Rabe?!😢)

But this season needs to be the last. It's bad. It's all atmosphere and speeches and nothing makes the least bit of sense but I enjoyed seeing Mena Suvari again 🥰
