#AfternoonDubloons! I don't often splurge, even if you want to call it that, but, it's been a trying few months, so I got a SUITE at the Bristol Marriott. It's reet nice. Parquet flooring in the bar. I haven't even been up to the suite yet, I have been glamoured by the Barkeep. Her name is Star..!

Weirdly massive space between the bar and the restaurant.

#AfternoonDubloons! This is one of my favourite pieces from a recent antique furniture haul I purchased a few months ago. Finally cleaned up and in situ. It could do with being reupholstered, so I will look into how much work that is. All I did was clean the base, I didn't need to refinish it. ā™„ļø

#AfternoonDubloons! Back from chores out in the motor and I decided to rescue the floor and vine harvest, there is still much much more to come, as long as the weather doesn't implode. Like time for a puff pastry tart type thang... šŸ˜‹

Loads of Log's tomatoes.

#AfternoonDubloons! Work Soundtrack today on the East Sussex Riviera is suitably retro: Just dipped in and out of Moby's "I Like to Score" and "Play" (Run On - what a track!) and now a most outrageously overlooked Smashing Pumpkins album that followed Mellon Collie: Adore. Yep, yep, yep! She's good!

The cover of the album "Adore" by Smashing Pumpkins.
