In #silks 1 class tonight with Ann (she appears at the end) and while it may not seem like it, this is definite progress! This is called a split roll up. It is a great example of not thinking I could do it at all and surprising myself. And my footlocks were nearly even! #aerials

Back in #lyra 1 class tonight. This is a combo I am very familiar with, but there is always more to perfect. Especially since I was doing it on my LEFT side (the one I'm not always great about training). Peter Pan, Birdie, forward roll, split under the bar, pencil, stapler, staple remover. #aerials

#aerials #silks class tonight had one of those wins that only makes sense to oneself because it’s small but big: I managed to get even double foot locks in dancer’s wraps. Was I off the ground only by about 2 inches? Yes. Am I still proud of myself? Also yes.

Red pin is placed where I shot this, looking east.

There's actually a lot of super important industrial history all within about 2 or 3 miles of here! I might post about it when I wake up ☠️

"Wrapping up tonight's event, we got the cabaret manager joining the stage! They're not very used to it, but are having fun with the tricks they're learning with the crew" ;) 💙 (6/6)

#OC #OCart #aerialsilk #aerials #BRart

Art of my demon OC, the Cabaret Manager, doing an aerial silk performance. Manager has the silk tied on a foot lock. They separated the silk sides, held high on it and went in the middle to make a beginner figure. The leg that is held by the foot lock is straighted back, while the front leg is bent and goes forward. They're wearing a loose t-shirt, shorts and yoga pants. They have a slicked back neck lenght hair that looks a bit messy. They have a lean build, cone-shaped small horns, pointy ears, and a very long devil tail. They look a bit tired, while blushing and smiling. The background of the image has open red curtains and a simplified spot light drawing, giving the impression the character is on a stage.

"And then we got to the silk numbers of tonight, starting up with Inky! This bat is so on the zone up there he probably forgot the audience is even here- it's fun to watch tho!" (5/6)

#OC #OCart #furry #furryart #aerialsilk #aerials #BRart

Art of my bat furry oc, Inky, doing an aerial silk performance. Inky is hanging upside down and opening a leg split while tied on the silk. He has his arms lifted up and pulling both sides of the silk that are tied to the legs, giving the whole piece a very triangular shape. He's wearing a sports bra and gym shorts. Inky is a short bat guy with a lean build and short hair. He's smiling and looking in the direction of his hands. The background of the image has open red curtains and a simplified spot light drawing, giving the impression the character is on a stage.

"Following up, we got everyone's favorite cowgirl, Mimo, showing up her charms and strength on the hoop as well!" 💕 (2/6)

#OC #OCart #lyra #aerialhoops #aerials #BRart

Art of my cowgirl OC, Mimo, performing at a lyra/aerial hoop. Mimo is holding at the bottom of the lyra, locking on it with her knee bend and her elbow. She has a relaxed smile to her face. Mimo is a tall woman with a fat build, long hair, and digitegrade cow legs. She has cow horns, ears and tail. She's wearing a leather top with fringes and a cow pattern in the middle of it, and shorts. The background of the image has open red curtains and a simplified spot light drawing, giving the impression the character is on a stage.

"The curtains open at the Interdimensional Cabaret, and we start the night with a wild performance by Dana on the hoop to set up the mood" 🩷 (1/6)

#lyra #aerialhoops #aerials #BRart

Art of my goblin OC, Dana, performing at an lyra/aerial hoop. Dana has her legs spread open and locked to the lyra while hanging upside down. She's spreading her arms, and has a wide smile to her face. Dana is wearing a sleeveless top and waist-high panties that have some fur going around them. She is a short woman with a muscular build, mane-like hair, and a lot of scars all over her body. The background of the image has open red curtains and a simplified spot light drawing, giving the impression the character is on a stage.

Life is a waterfall.
We're one in the river and one again after the fall.
Swimming through the void, we hear the word.
We lose ourselves, but we find it all.
