A six-justice majority of the #Oklahoma Supreme Court found Tuesday that state law has "never permitted changes to the sex designation on an Oklahoma birth certificate" when answering three certified questions from the #10thCircuit Court of Appeals.

The lawsuit over the killing of Bobby Barrick was sent back to the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of #Oklahoma by a #10thCircuit panel, putting the civil rights case back in front of Judge John Heil III.
