『スターフォックス』や『パンチアウト』など出題範囲が更に幅広くなったおかげでよりコアな任天堂ファン向けな内容。また前作だと任天堂単独で動かせるシリーズのみ収録だったところ、本作ではセカンドパーティであるHAL研やISの『星のカービィ』『ファイアーエムブレム』『ファミコンウォーズ』出典の問題も収録。

@monozukigamer.bsky.social『クラブニンテンドーピクロス』の14周年。今は亡き会員サービス『クラブニンテンドー』にてポイント交換することで入手できた3DSウェア。要求ポイントは控えめなので交換した人はそこそこ多そう？『マリオ』『ゼルダ』『どうぶつの森』『ピクミン』など任天堂ファーストIPをテーマにしたピクロスに挑むことができる。
開発は本家ピクロスと同じくジュピターが担当。完成させる過程で見知ったキャラやアイテムの姿が見えてくるのは実に楽しい。問題数もそれなり以上に多いほか、大型ピクロスを少しずつ完成させる『ミクロス』も収録されている。
