Another expression sheet with Arlo I did in early August! This time based on expressions in-game #artsky #leaderarlo #teamgorocket #teamrocket #pokemongo #pokemonart #pokemon #アルロ #ポケモンGO #artsky

Bust-level expression drawings of Arlo from Pokémon Go based on screenshots in-game and in other source material. Expression one is Arlo tilting his head slightly, looking on at his opponent with a grimace and furrowed brow. There is an artist note that reads "Omg he has TWO stray hair strands. Not one. I removed a very important antenna..." This expression is based on the animatic of his confrontation with Candela.

Expression two is of him smiling, looking somewhat devious. This one is taken from the flashback from back when he and Candela were friends in the same aformentioned animatic.

Expression three is of him cocking his nose up at the player when he encounters them, trying to look all high and mighty despite his short stature. He furrows his brow and narrows his eyes at the player. Beside it is a little artist doodle of cutesy adoring eyes with a smile at his tsundere cuteness.

The final expression is of him looking down at something, surprised and wide-eyed, eyes looking a little sparkly. This is from the animatic video where Giovanni tells the Team Go Rocket leaders to face off against their opponents. An artist's note beside it reads "The light in his eyes..."

Experimenting with Arlo expression doodles >> #leaderarlo #pokemongo #pokemon #pokemonart #teamrocket #teamgorocket #アルロ #ポケモンGO #expressionsheet #artsky

A set of expressions that are at bust level for how I draw Arlo from Pokémon Go.

The first is one where he looks off to the left with a conniving smile and a furrowed brow. One of his glasses lenses glint, giving him a devious look.

The second is one where Arlo is looking up ahead to the right, from a downward angle. He has a serious, intense look in his eyes, once again furrowing his brows to look more serious. The dialogue at the side reads "Florimell Grace. My adversary, and a Ferrothorn on my side. I'm not surprised to see you again." There's a artist note pointing to his chin that says "Arlo has a bit of a double chin, but his coat hides it".

Expression three is one where he's taken off his glasses, and he looks on at an absent second person, yelling out in anger, with tears bursting from his eyes, like his anger and emotions have boiled to the surface.

Expression four is one where he looks on towards an absent second person, implied to be my OC Fifi, surprised and blushing, a much softer expression than the others. The dialogue spoken by Fifi reads "I always thought you were so interesting to listen to." There's an artist note that reads 'When he's not tensing his face, he looks so cute..."

The fifth expression is him looking down, hair slightly tussled, panting and sweating, a tear welling up in one eye. His face is scrunched, and he looks worn, frustrated by an implied defear. His dialogue reads "I...I don't understand..."

The final expression is him looking off to the right, in more casual attire this time, regular glasses and a dress shirt with his hair down. A hand, belonging to Fifi, carresses his cheek, and he smiles sheepishly and lovingly, also blushing. A little speech bubble with a heart floats beside him.

Hand holding a decorated top loader photocard of the Team Go Rocket leader trio, Cliff at the left, Arlo in the center, and Sierra on the right. The toploader is decorated with layered stickers of hearts, stars and shapes, each matching the leaders' colors. Cliff's side is blue, Arlo's is red, and Sierra's is yellow. There is also interspersed black stickers to match the Team Rocket colors. The finishing touches on the toploader are shiny beads and textured stickers.

Hand holding decorated toploader photocard of my oc Fifi, a tall, cheerful, peach-haired Pokémon trainer in an off-white researcher's coat wrapping her arm around Arlo from Pokémon Go's Team go Rocket. She smiles at him while he scowls. Fifi's side of the toploader is decorated with pink heart stickers and sparkles, with interspersed flower and heart rhinestones, gold embellishments and smaller black hearts to represent Arlo. Arlo's side has more black and red hearts with silver rhinestones and embellishments, with smaller pink ones to represent Fifi. In the bottom left corner is a gold chain-link rhinestone set with gold textured heart stickers and chains, tying them together.

The previous two photocards laid out on a table side by side. I wanted the light to show off the shine and texture better.
